Junior Faculty Search

Postby C R Icenhour » Wed Oct 06, 2004 10:43 am

I am currently searching for a junior faculty position. I am well-published, have accomplished a great deal in my research, and am very motivated to make the move to PI. My problem seems to be that I have no grant funding at the present time...I have been offered no intereviews, but have been told "no thanks" a good deal. I have an NIH R21 application that will be reviewed this month, and I anticipate I will get a good score.

My question is this: What else can I do to set my application apart??

I appreciate your time and input!
