Women Scientists - An inspirational video

Postby Dave Jensen » Tue Jul 25, 2017 8:49 pm

I just watched my friend Vonnie Estes give a presentation at the BIO Industrial Biotech Congress in Montreal. She won the Rosalind Franklin award, and this short video is very inspirational in that she describes what she went through in her education and early work years. Many of those problems are spoken about by women (and men) on this forum.

She's been a very successful entrepreneur and biotechnologist -- everyone should see this, as her talk discusses many of our favorite subjects (networking and more).
