Forum Rules - Please respect

Thank you for understanding that we don't post messages on this forum which get nasty and foul. The "conversations" conducted on this site are expected to be of the same nature that you'd heae in a staff meeting at your lab or in industry. There are, in actuality, very very few posts yanked from this site, and they are generally from the same one or two people.

There are few other "rules," however we hope that you will not use "Chat Room Names" on this site, and that you will instead choose and use a real sounding name. We don't engage in discussions about salary specifics, due to the nature of the whole topic (which varies radically based on discipline, region, city, etc).

Thanks for your help!
