feelings before interview

Maybe part of the point of asking an odd question is to see you think on your feet. Anyone can answer "Tell me about yourself," but it takes a bit of confidence to come up with an answer to an odd question.

So, it may not be so much getting the answer right as having an answer at all.

feelings before interview

My favorite interview question:

"What adverb would you use to describe yourself?"

The goofy interviewer meant to say "adjective."

I can't remember what I answered.
