Just in case you didn't know (I didn't read it in Jim Austin's blog): NIH establishes website for new investigators. According to the American Association of Anatomists: it conveys NIH's commitment to new investigators, resources that new investigators can use to understand and work with NIH, and helpful hints that might be useful in constructing a first application for NIH support.
