A new working paper has just been released online entitled Does Globalization of the Scientific/Engineering Workforce Threaten U.S. Economic Leadership?. Unfortunately the entire text must be purchased with a $5 electronic delivery fee. Apologies to the non-Americans in the forum who may find the study completely boring or irrelevant though I could say there appear to be many inferrences about the global scientific workforce.

Or you can wait until SNW writes an article on it. :) :) :)
