Math in Pharmas/Biotech

Postby Jonathan » Tue Sep 13, 2005 3:33 pm

I have a MS in math with interest and experience in applying it to medical research (note: NOT biostatistics). However, I've been having a very difficult time finding industrial positions. Those positions that I have found generally require PhD. I've looked the obvious places - big pharmas, and some smaller biotechs. Does anyone have any suggestions of a) what companies in particular to look at and b) how to get in with just a master's.
