I think you do a great job of moderating this forum. I appreciate that I can come here and have serious discussions about issues that are important to me.

As far as spammers and commercial interests go, I can get that stuff from other forums. It is better for me, because I am so busy, that I can come here and find focused discussions of career isues.

Therefore, I would approve of a decision to block the posts that you are questioning.
