ideas for post-doc

During your post-doc interview I assume it is normal to discuss research plans. Is it better to discuss general ideas or areas of interest or specific plans or experiments to conduct? I plan to apply to a few labs with similar interests and I do not want to divulge all of my ideas until after I accept an offer. How much do I share?
