"Could someone describe 'drug development and toxicology' in terms of what this entails (eg. scienctific approaches, techniques, skills, problems, etc)?"

I'm asking this in contrast to 'drug discovery' as an above poster (Adam?) mentioned that pure 'R&D' currently available positions are in decline. I recall a website, maybe, that described these phases of the drug pipleline. Please post any web link for us to learn more. Dave, should I (or better you) start a new thread on this topic?
