Traits of the Successful in Industry

Postby Dave Jensen » Thu Oct 19, 2006 4:12 pm

My column this month is about "Traits of the Key Players," and it focuses on several of the key things that companies look for in their entry-level hires. Some of them (teamwork) you'd expect to see . . . Others (risk tolerance) you'll be surprised about.

Several well-known forum personalities are interviewed in the piece. It is located at Traits of the Key Players
