please another advice!

please another advice!

Thank you everyone for your reply. I really apreciate your input. I see that taking up a technician position would definitely be a step-down and may damage by career. Another factor that I have to consider is that I am torn between my love for science and my children (i dont want to stay away from them all day long and evenings, especially when they are so young!!!!

I wanna stay in the game while raising my children for the next few years until they are at least school age... Should I look into adjunct faculty positions instead? Would this help me stay afloat? At this point I have a strong publication record but little or no teaching experience.
