Technical position in industries

Postby K.V. » Sat Aug 11, 2007 7:45 pm

I would appreciate your advice on the following:
I have a masters degree in Biotecchnology from India with five years of research experience in molecular biology and protein protein interactions. If I want to enter the Biotech industry
1. Are there any set of technical skills that are highly valued in the industry 2. What will be the future for women who enter the industry as research associates (MS level). Is there a chance for them to move on from bench work as they become older?
