Bench Scientist to Manufacturing?

Postby Joel » Fri Jun 23, 2006 4:25 pm

I've been a R&D scientist for the past 5 years at a protein bioreagents company until a recent layoff. I've been exploring the option of going into manufacturing or QA/QC at a protein-based pharmaceutical company, but running into problems with not having experience in a regulated environment. Does anyone have advice or personal experience on the best way to obtain GMP experience?
