I received a full scholarship for Cleveland Medical Institute for pharm.technician. I want to mix in a hospital. I think this is the best for me to continue to grow in my field. What is the professional way to approach a hospital for externship with a intent to hire (hopefully)? Resume&cover, shadowing once or twice a week, observing after school? Any professional input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Angelina (Ohio)
