Applied Masters in Biotechnology programs

Postby Cory » Fri May 25, 2007 11:42 am

I\'ve been engaging a junior employee here at work who indicated that he\'s interested in starting a masters program in chemistry. We\'ve had a long talk about what he\'s interested in and I\'ve been working very hard to give him a balanced yet optimistic view of what the future could offer him. One thing that I suggested is that he work hard to get into a good applied masters program in biotechnology.

As I recall, there are a handful of programs in the country that focus very emphatically on training for the purpose of employment. However, I\'ve been unable to find the names these programs though I have a vague recollection that there are one or two highy respected programs with good track records in placement.

Can anyone help me with a couple of names of programs so I can pass them on to him?
