Question for M. L. Davis

Postby RRA » Wed Aug 15, 2007 10:42 am

I read your recent response to Luca on the \'quitting PhD\' thread and am interested in talking with you further concerning your current career. Like Luca, I am also a 3rd year Ph.D. student who has no desire to pursue academia/bench work. Instead, I am interested in science writing and have already been developing my portfolio with various communication departments at my university. Additionally, I am considering taking my Master\'s and redirecting my job focus to reflect my writing goals.

If you would be available to address a few of my questions, please email me at:

Thank you in advance!
