MBA Tour

Postby A. Diwa » Sat Sep 03, 2005 7:30 am

For those interested in business school, the MBA tours hit a number of cities worldwide and are a good way to learn about a number of different programs and meet alumni from them all in one place.

These are probably best for those still in the info gathering mode (i.e. not too convinced about the value of an MBA, what do you learn in b-school). If you are fairly advanced in the application process (i.e. you already know your target schools and are intending to apply for round 1) then the marginal benefit of attending these tours is not too significant.

For a complete schedule of MBA tours, please visit the links below. Just want to highlight the dates in NY as I will be there as an alum representing Duke. You can chat me up all you want about the Health Sector Management program at Duke and the transition from science-to-business.

Hope to see some of you out there.

Best,
Alex
